Dr. Rana is currently a practicing physician at Henry Ford Health System in Detroit. She is uniquely qualified to write about food allergies, being a food-allergy sufferer herself, as well as a physician who loves to cook. Prior to coming to Henry Ford, Dr. Rana completed her training at Beth Israel in Manhattan. She attended Wayne State University Medical School, and completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
